Admission Process
Five simple steps from application to your first day at the college.
Collect / Fill Application Form
Application forms are available at the college office during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 5 PM).
Submit Documents
Submit the completed form with your mark sheets, ID proof and other required documents (see checklist below).
Merit / Entrance Round
Admission is completed as per government / council norms through merit or state entrance rounds as applicable.
Counselling & Confirmation
Attend the counselling round, confirm your seat and complete the fee formalities.

Eligibility at a Glance
GNM (3 years)
10+2 pass, preferably with science subjects, as per INC and state norms. Minimum age 17 years.
- Final eligibility is as per the norms of the Indian Nursing Council, the state nursing council and the affiliating authority for the current academic year. Please confirm with the college office.
Documents Checklist
- 10th (SSC) mark sheet & passing certificate
- 12th (HSC) mark sheet & passing certificate
- Transfer / Leaving Certificate
- Aadhaar card & PAN card (if available)
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Income certificate (for scholarships / fee concession)
- Passport-size photographs (6 copies)
- Domicile / Nationality certificate
Carry originals along with two sets of photocopies at the time of admission.
